If you want to use an email client, it’s also important to add POP3 or IMAP credentials to your email client to receive email from Outlook. In general, IMAP is better than POP3 if you want to access email from multiple devices (eg desktop and mobile), as it allows two-way synchronization. However, if you only use one device, POP3 may be a better choice.
