Select the number and click the link icon in the tools menu, just like you did with the text in the previous step
. After that, anyone who clicks the number on their mobile device will see the number as an outgoing call on their device
TIP: You can only upload one image from your computer. Adding an image from a URL is currently not possible in Outlook 365.
Note that you cannot place an image next to the signature text without breaking the signature structure. If you want to achieve an advanced signature design with an image on the page, I suggest you try the Outlook signature creator. It’s free.
How To Change Your Signature In Outlook
By default, Outlook selects two check boxes at the bottom of the built-in editor. One is to automatically add your new email signature to every new message you send, and the other is to add your signature when you “reply” to emails you receive. Make sure you clear any boxes if you don’t want Outlook to automatically add your signature.
If you clear both boxes, consider simply copying and pasting the completed email signature into the new message window when you want to use it.
Manual copying and pasting is also a good option if you want to use different signatures for different occasions. Because Outlook 365 does not allow more than one automatic signature per account.

Manage Signatures Rules
Instead of going through the hard work of creating a signature with Outlook Notepad, try a signature generator. The best part is that you don’t need to manually set up a signature in Outlook. The editor does it for you with one click.
Once you’ve set up your signature, you can always come back and change or update it, and we’ll automatically update your 365 or OWA signature.

Backup And Import Email Signatures In Outlook 2016
If you need to move from an old computer to a new one, it is better to back up your Outlook emails, calendar, contacts, and notes and move them to the new computer. However, signatures are not included in the PST backup file. Because of this, you must store signatures using other methods.
In this article, we will show you how to make a backup using USB or Outlook backup software. The process may be different, you can follow the steps exactly as we show you. Let’s move on!
