You don’t need a special app for Apple iPhone to scan documents. It’s built into iOS as part of the Notes app. To share on Windows, you’ll need either a Teams or OneDrive account and that it’s registered on the iPhone. If you don’t, you can also email it to yourself.
Older versions of Android can scan documents directly from the camera app. In newer versions, scanning has been moved to the Google Drive app.
