No response, and I’ve been trying to get any response from “Yahoo Support” for weeks without success. I have to conclude that Yahoo Mail (and indeed the entire ATT suite of tools/services) is no longer supported. I will be migrating to another service provider.

This issue has not been resolved. I have three mailboxes in my Yahoo email account. One of them got hacked last year and I had to change my password but when I tried to add it again it didn’t work. I opened the Android app and added it there but it still doesn’t appear in Yahoo Mail web. Then my second account got the little “out of sync” triangle and I couldn’t reset my password to start loading my email. So I thought I’d delete it and reinstall it and everything should work again. Uh uh – now it’s gone and every time I try to add it to my first account it disappears and I can’t get both to show when I launch Yahoo Mail.
